- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪HORRIBLE PLACE EVER !!! DR INNA IS A JOKE Treated my kitty like a doormat. Scheduled a procedure and told me no food after 10pm the night prior. I dropped off my kitty at 9am. I expressed my concern and waited by the phone all day. They close at 6pm so at 5:15 I called as I had heard NOTHING all day. They said there was an emergency and my kitty had just finished his procedure. When I asked why didn't anyone call me and was upset that hr hadn't eaten all night & all day I was basically disregarded and told that's protocol. As if this wasn't enough I received a letter from this uncaring inhumane Doctor that my kitty is NO longer able to utilize this facility for any reason. (Like I would ever trust them) I have my own vet so this letter was a joke and just to pour salt in my wound. I give you sound advice NEVER take your animal any where near this place.
