  I started seeing Dr Venkat a little over two years ago as my PCP. Everything started off okay but went south after one or two appointments.. her office staff and medical assistants don't handle things in a timely manner, they NEVER call back with answers. Getting an appointment just to see the doctor is like pulling teeth. If you're sick be ready to wait a week or two. I needed surgery that was requested by her but when it came to finding a surgeon she was NO help and did NOTHING about it after she said "I'll take care of it" her staff lies and causes issues with billing and insurance. Trust me, do your research before seeing Raji Venkat..

  I have been seeing Dr. Venkat for many years. I have moved with her to 3 different locations. Is it sometimes hard to get in to see her? Yes. Is the office staff not as awesome as Dr. Venkat when it comes to customer service? Yes. Trust me...it is worth any inconvenience. Dr. Venkat is the best doctor I have ever been to. She listens to what you have to say and doesn't discount your concerns or feelings. That is worth everything to me! I think I get frustrated with her office staff because I expect the same level of customer service, loyalty and commitment that I get from Dr. Venkat.

  She is the BEST!! Was able to diagnose a problem that made me very ill for over 4 years. I suffered through over 40 hospital stays for days at a time and over 100 blood transfusions plus many invasive painful tests and scans. She was the only doctor that cared enough to run the proper test which isolated my problem ( internally bleeding) That I had operated on to fix a hiatal hernia that had blown through my diaphragm and pushed my stomach up next to my heart. The hernia was the size of a man's hand and constantly bleeding. It had gotten so bad that a well known internist in Henderson wrote in my Personal Medical Records that I had Mungehausens Disease that I was intentionally taking blood out of my body for attention because he could not figure out why I was bleeding so badly . Unbelievable Nerve. If it wasn't for Dr. Venkat who nows how much longer than 4 years this would have gone on? I'm lucky to be alive do to her. She's my Hero!.
